Originally, the hotel was a Convent which was built in the 13th century. Today is still possible to admire its Moorish cloister.

The hotel has got two panoramic restaurants; they both offer a traditional local cuisine with a great variety of dishes. The two restaurant - halls can together welcome 120 guests. The aperitif is normally served in the ancient cloister under the lemon trees shade.
